I highly recommend Centric By Madflats Collection for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the heart of the city.

The location was amazing, great to easily walk to all the main attractions in just 10 minutes or less. The apartment itself was big and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a cozy stay. The amenities like the fridge, cooktop, and washing machine were excellent. We were also impressed with the heating system, which kept us warm and allowed us to adjust the temperature to our liking.

Seating and dining area in all units: The apartment had a spacious seating and dining area which was perfect for gathering with my family. It felt like our own cozy little corner in the heart of Madrid.

No hot water in the morning.

As women traveling alone, we loved the convenient location and the safe and quiet neighborhood of Madrid Centric. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding. We also appreciated the proximity to supermarkets and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city.

The location of this accommodation is fantastic, right in the city center and within a short walk to major attractions such as Plaza Mayor and the metro station. The apartment itself is clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen. Check-in is easy with an electronic key and the staff, although not met in person, are always available via WhatsApp for assistance.

The WiFi in the apartment was not very reliable and required multiple resets throughout the day.

There were some issues with the reservation and the communication with the owner. It was not clear that the reservation was for three people, and there was a delay in getting extra linen and towels.

Free WiFi turned out to be a delightful dial-up connection from 1998, complete with constant buffering and frustration.

The bed was so comfortable, I could hardly force myself to leave the apartment and explore the city. What a shame.
